KFR operates websites, online forms, and digital tools to help homeowners and businesses request inspections, estimates, roof repairs/replacements, emergency service, and related offerings (collectively, the “Websites”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information obtained through the Websites and in connection with our services.
By visiting the Websites or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). To the extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Websites constitutes acceptance of any posted changes.
Florida Notice: We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) regarding security safeguards and breach notifications.
California Notice: See Section 6 and Appendix A for CPRA rights and opt-out mechanisms (Do Not Sell or Share).
1) Information We Collect
“Personal information” = info that identifies or relates to an identifiable person. De-identified/aggregated data is not personal information.

We generally do not request sensitive personal information. If limited sensitive info is required for permits/insurance, we handle it per law/contract.

Directly from you (quotes, inspections, proposals, scheduling, uploading photos, reviews, warranty enrollments, portal sign-up).

From third parties: service providers (CRM/scheduling, payments, e-signature, call/SMS, analytics), permit/regulatory portals (City of Tallahassee, Leon County, DBPR), insurers (with your involvement), referral partners/lead sources.

We do not sell personal information. We may share:

5) How We Protect Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (per FIPA and other laws). No system is 100% secure. If a breach is suspected, we’ll notify you as the law requires (email may be used where permitted). Suspect an issue? Contact us immediately.

Florida (FIPA)
We implement reasonable measures to protect and dispose of personal information and provide timely breach notifications consistent with FIPA and applicable federal law.
California (CPRA/CCPA)
Applies to California residents.

9) Retention
We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to: provide services/warranties; satisfy legal/tax/accounting requirements (permits, lien notices, warranties); resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and support legitimate business needs (proportionately). Longest applicable purpose governs; then we delete, de-identify, or aggregate.
10) Other Important Information

Appendix B — Photo/Testimonial Release (One-Page Consent)
Title: Kingdom First Realty — Photo/Video & Testimonial Release
Parties: Kingdom First Realty, LLC (“KFR”) and the undersigned (“Participant/Owner”).
Scope: Participant grants KFR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, modify (e.g., crop, color-correct), publish, distribute, and create derivative works from (a) property photos/videos captured by KFR and (b) Participant’s written or recorded testimonials, solely for KFR’s marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes across print and digital media (including website, social, ads, proposals, and PR).
Ownership: Participant retains ownership of testimonial statements; KFR retains ownership of media captured by KFR.
Attribution: KFR may use first name/initials/city unless Participant opts for anonymous attribution.
No Compensation: Participant acknowledges no compensation is due.
No Sensitive Content: KFR will not disclose personal contact details or sensitive information.
Withdrawal (Prospective): Participant may withdraw future use by emailing privacy@kingdomfirstrealty.com. KFR will cease new uses on KFR-controlled channels within a reasonable time. Past distributions cannot be recalled.
Release: Participant releases KFR from claims arising from authorized uses.
